Keto Peanut Butter Protein Fudge Bar
A protein-rich keto bar with peanut butter flavor and a chocolate drizzle – just 1.3g net carbs per piece
Ingredients (for 10-12 bars)
- 110g natural peanut butter
- 80g almond flour
- 20g neutral protein powder
- 120g allulose
- 25g 100% chocolate butter
- 30g hot water
- 20g dark chocolate 85% (for drizzling)
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Combine and mix firmly
In a bowl, thoroughly mix the peanut butter with almond flour, protein powder, allulose, chocolate butter, and salt. Make sure there are no lumps.
2. Fold everything together
Pour the warm peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients and mix gently until you get a uniform dough.
3. Check the texture
The dough should be thick but slightly sticky. If it’s too soft, add a bit more almond flour.
4. Flatten and press
Transfer the dough into a lined pan and level it out evenly with a spoon.

5. Drizzle
Melt chocolate somewhere warm and drizzle lines over the dough.
6. Chill and cut
Place in the freezer for 30 minutes, then cut into 12 equal bars.
