Ingredients (for about 420ml)
- 70g frozen banana
- 38g protein powder (vanilla or neutral)
- 270ml 3% milk
- 2 tsp allulose
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 10g dark chocolate 70% (for garnish)
- 10g crunchy salted caramel bits (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the base
Place frozen banana, protein powder, milk, allulose, and vanilla extract in a powerful blender and blend until completely smooth.
2. Freeze
Pour into a Ninja Creami Max Fill pint and freeze for at least 24 hours.

3. Serve
Remove from the freezer, place in the Ninja Creami, and run the ice cream program (Light Ice Cream).
4. Garnish
Sprinkle with chocolate and salt right before serving.
